In this Cushion Making Workshop learn how to make a 45 x 45cm piped cushion cover with zip closure, including a duck feather insert.
You will be shown how to pattern match, cut and join bias binding for piping and how to sew a zipper.
We will supply all equipment needed for this class you will just be required to bring your own choice of fabric, matching thread and 35cm zipper to match .
If you would like a plain cover you simply require 1 metre of fabric. If you prefer to make a contrasting front and back cover you will need to bring 50cm for the front, 50cm for the back and 50cm for your piping.
We will also provide delicious morning tea and lunch. We shall send an email to you a few days before your class which will act as a reminder. Make sure you read the cancellation policy for all of our workshops..
