Blake & Taylor ships orders within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. Once processed, your order is shipped with Australia Post and delivery times vary depending on location.
We do offer this service, hower, you will need to email us with the item/s you wish to purchase and we shall provide a shipping quote for you. Then you can decide if you would like to proceed with your purchase.
THINGS TO NOTE
The price of items in our web store includes shipping to anywhere in Australia except for any items in our Paint Category where shipping is calculated at checkout to anywhere in Australia
We will email you all the tracking details for your parcel, once it is shipped, so you can follow its journey to you.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, due to change of mind, you must cover all postage costs.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from Australia Post (our preferred carrier) which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
